FAQ

What is the total cost for solar? Homany years will i have to pay for solar?

Our total cost for solar systems ranges anywhere between $15,000 and $70,000. However, we offer financing options to make solar energy even more affordable for homeowners! Through our financing program, you can choose to finance the solar system for 5 years, 10 years, 20 years, or 25 years. Out of these options, our most popular plan is 20 years. As far as monthly costs go, it is all dependent on your system’s size. We have had customers pay as low as $69.99 monthly for solar energy.

Is there a qualifying credit score? What if I have bad credit?

Within our solar program, it is recommended that you have a credit score of 600 or above to qualify. However, we do offer alternative plans without credit to help our clients wanting to make the switch.

What is the warranty of the solar program?

Our solar system has a warranty of 25 years.

If I have a home solar system, will I still get a bill from my utility? Why am I getting two bills?

Yes. Service charges and fees: The average flat fee in FL is between $10-$20 per month. This is a flat rate charged to all

utility customers, regardless of usage.

If i move, can i transfer the Solar System to the New-Home Owner?

Yes. You can transfer to the new Homeowner. Or Sell the House with the Equity Value that took the property with Solar Panels.

How long will a Photovoltaic (PV) systems last?

A PV system that is designed, installed, and maintained well will operate for more than 30 years at 80% efficiency. The basic PV module (an interconnected, enclosed panel of PV cells) has no moving parts and can last more than 30 years.

Will solar power protect me from increased power bills?

The prices of oil and other non-renewable sources are on the rise. This trend will continue, getting more dramatic as

shortages of supply increase. The price of your electricity from solar will never increase, as the fuel is free and infinite!

Is Solar Power a good investment?

Yes! Solar is a great and secure investment, better than investing your money in savings accounts or IRAs. If you are looking

for an ethical place to put your money, then solar PV will benefit you and the planet.
